What is your return policy?

Once an order is processed, all sales are final. Our gift boxes are all curated with care and we believe in providing quality products that you'll love. We don't offer any refunds or returns, however if there is a product that is damaged, please use our contact page and we will be happy to help you out.

Do you offer international shipping?

Unfortunately we do not offer International Shipping at the moment.

Can you make a custom gift box ?

Yes , if there are specific items you would like to bundle together we can arrange this. Please use our contact us page to enquire.

How long does delivery take ?

We send via Australia Post. Delivery usually takes 2-3 business days. However at the moment deliveries with Australia Post are taking longer than normal so I would suggest allowing plenty of time for delivery. I would recommend allowing up to 10 business days currently between October - December .
